Smith, founder of OTHA Level LLC, has been known to make clients he's helped say, "I didn't think about it that way."  Gary is passionate about inspiring and challenging people to let their light shine.  He focuses on spiritual growth, relationship skill building, and strategies for improving self-esteem.  He has worked with hundreds of clients from couples and families, to faith-based organizations, customizing life changing development programs which includes his ever so popular, Triple T Coaching series.  "Transparency, Transitioning, and Transforming."  This is a unique process Gary has developed to help his clients confront and overcome painful truths in their lives.  Gary is exceptionally good at making distinctions, and keeping all things in proper perspective.  Holding a masters degree in psychology, and an associates degree in communications, he has also been dubbed as "The matchmaker" and "The analogist".  Why? Because he has an uncanny ability of using analogies and making them match any situation to bring about clarity, perspective, and a complete understanding concerning conflict management resolution.  

Gary creatively comes up with brilliant analogies that perform conversational surgery on individual clients and their problems.  He is also known as the "I never thought about it that way guy!"  From a very early age Gary knew he was called to teach and help people reach their full potential.  But his main secret struggle throughout his life was trying to find his true identity.  Gary was brought up by a single mother who powerfully impacted him, but to the point where she nurtured him only, and had no idea how to raise him towards manhood.  She did a brilliant job at giving him everything he needed from a woman's perspective, but he still lacked male identity.  Through tons of bad decision making, and a bevy of mistakes, Gary grew closer to God, while trying to tap into his potential and full awareness of what God called him to be.  Throughout his journey, Gary would discover one word that would change the trajectory of his life.  "PER-SPEC-TIVE!" The PER- would equal the person/individual.  SPEC- would equal SPECificity, being completely specific about what God is showing and teaching you.  The root word for perspective literally means, "TO LOOK THROUGH"  In other words, The eyes and ears that we look and hear through, are the vessels, BUT GOD, is the main source.  God uses the vessels to bring about his perspective through our eyesight.  It was through this minor, but distinct definition that Gary discovered his purpose.  God had begun teaching Gary that he must keep everything in perspective.  "To look through" all the hurts, the pains, the challenges, the lack, the access, the sadness, and the joys.  It was through this level of understanding that God gave birth to OTHA Level, LLC.
